In fact, we are known for our ability to present candidates who “hit the mark” the first time around! This benefits our clients by making their placements a more efficient and predictable event. We are aggressive, yet unobtrusive when conducting searches. Confidential searches for replacement staff are one of our specialties. Our clients range from small privately held firms to local divisions of large publicly held companies. We focus on developing effective strategic relationships with principals, directors and “C-level” decision makers. Direct Placement is available through our “Advantage Retained Search” program, or other flexible contingency placement options.

Contract & Temp-to-Hire

Advantage Staffing has a very effective "Contract" Department that provides workers for short-term assignments, special projects, and temp-to-hire openings. Our contractors and temps include entry-level through professional level employees for professional, administrative, office, accounting, marketing, sales, customer service, and related positions. Advantage’s success in the “temp marketplace” can be attributed to its culture of over-achievement. We look for candidates who want to excel on the job - not just show up! To be selected for one of our temp assignments, a candidate must, of course, meet the job requirements. But the candidate must also be motivated to perform the particular work needed in the given assignment.
